We're a group of friends who built PadelTeamManager to make organizing padel matches easier. We're not a company — just players. Here's the plain-language explanation of what happens with your data.

What we collect

  • Your Google account info (email, name, profile picture) when you sign in.
  • The stuff you put into the app: your padel groups, match schedules, clubs, player rankings, results, and substitutes.
  • Your location, but only if you let us — and only to suggest nearby padel clubs.
  • Your push notification subscription, if you enable notifications.

Why we collect it

  • To run the app and let you organize matches with your group.
  • To show your group their match history and rankings.
  • To send you notifications about matches, confirmations, and changes.

Who we share it with

Only what's strictly needed to make the app work:

  • Google — you sign in with them and we use Google Places to find padel clubs.
  • Amazon Web Services — they host the app and the database.
  • Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use our site (audience and usage analytics). Google sets `_ga` and `_ga_*` cookies for up to 2 years. These only load if you consent via the cookie banner.

How long we keep it

As long as you use the app. Delete your account and your personal data goes with it. Some anonymous match history may remain so other players' records stay intact.

Your rights

You can ask us to export your data, delete your account, or show you what we have on you. Email us and we'll sort it out within 30 days. If we're based in the EU or you are, this is your GDPR right — we honor it regardless.

Cookies and storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and local browser storage for app state. If you consent via the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets `_ga` and `_ga_*` cookies (purpose: audience analytics; retention: up to 2 years, set by Google). To withdraw consent, click Reject on the banner or use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer — withdrawal takes effect on the next page load.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything meaningful, we'll let you know via the app or email. The date at the top always reflects the last update.
